What's new in QuoteDeck.
Two new triggers. Deposit Paid fires when a customer pays the deposit on a signed proposal. Quote Ordered fires when a quote moves into fulfillment, and doesn't fire again when it's later marked delivered. Both work with webhooks too.

Connect Zapier from Settings → Integrations on Growth or Scale. One administrator authorizes the workspace. Proposal views and signatures can start Zaps, and the card shows delivery health.
On a rental quote, the customer proposal leads with the monthly rental payment, not a one-time total investment.
Import vendor workbooks from Pricing, next to Price agreements. If a workbook names an agreement you don't have yet, you can create it from the import review.
Open Help for searchable guides on quotes, proposals, pricing, and setup. Ask by voice or type a question. Answers come from the guides and link you to the matching articles. Articles note which features need a plan, add-on, or limited access.
When a proposal can't send, Cover & Send shows why instead of blaming a stale quote. Resend only appears after the customer got the email.
When you set a default price agreement on a company, the next quote for that customer opens on that agreement.
Cover & Send does not stop you if you skipped Accessories. Finish Service or Delivery if those still need a visit.
When a later unit inherits a service plan from the first, that plan stays selected after you save and reopen the quote.
When a product already has an imported service plan for that customer, new quote units open on that plan instead of asking you to choose again.
Agents no longer includes the phone line setup. Stale Deal Watcher, Renewal Hunter, and Morning Briefing stay.
Signer and AP autofill on a quote now only pull contacts from the company you selected, not from another customer.
A 6am card with hot leads, expiring leases, stale quotes, and pending approvals.
