QuoteDeck fits the stack you already run.
Your dealership didn't standardize on one vendor, and your software shouldn't assume you did. Start a Zap when a customer signs, post a signed webhook to your own service, call the REST API directly, or ask the AI assistant you already use about your own deals.
Zapier
No-code automation for the moments that matter.
An administrator connects Zapier from Settings on Growth or Scale. From there, the deal events your reps care about can start a workflow in whatever your team already uses.
Triggers
Start a Zap when a deal moves.
- Proposal Viewed — A customer opens the proposal portal. Debounced to once per viewer per 30 minutes, so a customer refreshing the page doesn't page your rep four times.
- Proposal Signed — A customer e-signs. Carries the signer, the selected lease term, and the options they picked.
- Deposit Paid — A customer pays the deposit on a signed proposal. Fires once per deposit, even though Stripe and the return page both report the same payment.
- Quote Ordered — A quote moves into fulfillment. Carries the order itself (customer account number, each line with its accessories, service plan, and ship-to address, and the lease terms) so your back office can open it without a lookup. Doesn't fire again when the order is later marked delivered.
- Delivery Completed — A shipment's Delivery & Acceptance document is issued. Carries each machine's serial, tag, and install date when captured, and fires again if a serial is corrected.
Actions
Write into QuoteDeck from somewhere else.
- Create Company — Add a customer account from a form, a CRM, or a list.
- Create Contact — Attach a person to an existing company.
- Add Customer Note — Write to the activity timeline your reps already read.
Pricing, quote authoring, and proposal sending stay in QuoteDeck on purpose. An automation that can quietly reprice a deal is not a feature.
Searches
Look before you write.
- Find Company — Match an account before you write to it.
- Find Contact — Match a person before you create a duplicate.
- Find Quote — Look up a quote by number or customer.
Webhooks and API
For everything a Zap can't reach.
If you run your own systems — an ERP, a dispatch board, a service platform — you don't need a middleman. Subscribe an endpoint to the same events, or call the API directly.
Outbound Webhooks
Point an endpoint at the same five events. Each delivery is HMAC-signed with a secret you can rotate, retried on a fixed backoff, and logged with its full history so you can replay one that failed.
REST API
Scoped API tokens, issued per integration and revocable on their own. The reference is generated from the code itself, so it can't drift from what the endpoints actually accept.
AI assistants
Bring the assistant you already use.
QuoteDeck runs a Model Context Protocol server, so Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, and any MCP client can work from your workspace. Every rep connects their own account from Settings; every call is logged with who asked and what was read.
What connects
- Claude, ChatGPT, and Grok — Add QuoteDeck as a connector and sign in. The assistant can search your accounts, quotes, and lease book and answer from your data, read-only, in the app you already have open.
- Claude Code, Codex, and other MCP clients — The same endpoint speaks standard remote MCP over HTTP, so any client that supports it connects without a bridge or a plugin.
- Drafting, on a separate key — Drafting a quote through an assistant needs a scoped draft token an administrator issues on purpose. The draft lands in the same reviewable builder; nothing is priced or sent by the assistant.
How access works
The connector path is OAuth and read-only: a rep sees exactly what they see in QuoteDeck, scoped to their territories and role, and disconnecting it in Settings revokes the assistant immediately. Dealer cost and margin never leave the building through an assistant unless the user could already see them.
Administrators see every connection on the team and the invocation log behind it, so an assistant is one more audited user, not a side door.
How it behaves
Built to be left running.
An integration is only useful if you can stop watching it. These are the properties that let you.
Scoped Authorization
An administrator authorizes the workspace once, through OAuth. QuoteDeck never asks for a rep's password, and disconnecting revokes the token chain and its subscriptions together.
Safe Retries
Every create takes a deduplication key. Replaying the same action with the same key replays the original result instead of creating a second company.
Signed Delivery
Webhook deliveries are HMAC-signed and retried on a fixed backoff. Settings shows delivery health, so a broken endpoint is visible before a rep notices a missing alert.
Available on Growth and Scale.
Zapier, webhooks, and API access are included on both plans, and AI assistant connections are on every plan. One administrator connects the workspace and your reps never see a credential.
