Billing shows the dealer's current plan, interval, seat usage, and available subscription actions. Use this live surface rather than an old quote or marketing screenshot when confirming entitlement.
Preview before confirming
- 1Open Billing.
- 2Choose the intended plan, interval, or seat change.
- 3Review the provider-backed preview, including timing and amount.
- 4Confirm only when the account owner accepts the change.
- 5Refresh Billing and verify the resulting subscription state.
Trials and payment issues
A trial or payment problem can limit entitled workspaces. Follow the Billing recovery action and confirm the payment provider's final state before reporting the account as active.
