Create useful work

A task can carry an owner, due date, priority, customer, contact, and quote context. Link the record that explains the work instead of repeating sensitive customer details in the title.

Work from the task sheet

1. 1Open Tasks and select a row.
2. 2Review the details before editing.
3. 3Change one field or choose Edit all for a broader update.
4. 4Complete the task when the customer action is actually finished.

Reminders

QuoteDeck can surface due and overdue work in supported notification or email channels. A reminder is only as accurate as the saved owner and due date.
