What reaches the queue
Quotes with open management-required conditions can be submitted from Review. The approval queue shows decisions the current manager is allowed to make.
Review before deciding
- Open the quote and read every approval reason.
- Check the current pricing, discount, lease, fee, and pool context involved.
- Confirm the quote has not changed since the request was created.
- Add a useful note when requesting changes.
Decision outcomes
Approval clears the reviewed conditions and records the manager decision. Requested changes return the quote to the rep for revision and resubmission. A later material pricing change can require a new evaluation.
