Choose the correct import job
Service and FSMA imports are separate from a normal vendor catalog price list. Select the service-focused import type so QuoteDeck can review plan codes, product matches, allowances, base charges, and click rates.
Resolve the exception queue
- 1Upload the workbook and review QuoteDeck's understanding of the columns.
- 2Resolve missing or ambiguous product matches.
- 3Map each service row to the correct FSMA plan.
- 4Adjust mono or color rates only when the source supports them.
- 5Choose the required total policy when the workbook's printed total conflicts with its components.
- 6Import only rows marked ready.
Confirm after import
Spot-check several products in Product FSMA and create a draft quote. Confirm the intended plan, base amount, allowances, and overage rates appear before using the data in a customer proposal.
