QuoteDeck uses a consolidated leasing and rental administration model. Partners own programs or lease types, and those choices expose supported terms and rate factors to the quote builder.
Billing defaults
- Documentation-fee amount and payer
- Property-tax and insurance treatment
- FSMA billing behavior
- Fixed-lease behavior
- Minimum payment and maximum finance settings
Publish and verify
After editing a rate sheet or billing default, open a draft monthly quote and verify the partner, lease type, term, factor display, financed amount, and monthly payment. Do not infer a rate when the required sheet is missing.
