Agreement ownership
A dealer can maintain Standard Pricing and additional customer or contract agreements. Product and accessory rows can carry agreement-specific financial inputs and availability windows.
Calculated values
QuoteDeck calculates Cost Basis, minimum or suggested selling values, and quote totals from saved configuration. Do not copy a displayed customer sell price into a cost field or recreate the engine's formulas in the browser.
Keep in mind: Fixed-price agreements can restrict rep overrides while authorized managers retain the configured review path.
Safe maintenance

- 4Use a dry run or draft quote to confirm calculated results.
- 5Check approval behavior before using the agreement in a live proposal.
