Cost Basis is not sell price
Cost Basis is the dealer-side amount used for margin and policy checks. Suggested Price or unit sell price is the customer-facing equipment price. QuoteDeck hides margin when required cost data is missing.
Margin source
Use the margin returned by the pricing engine and the review target shown beside it. A zero, negative, or missing margin cannot be treated as ready simply because other steps are complete.
Overrides
Authorized users may have controlled paths for rate, selling-price, or actual-cost overrides. Enter the reason requested by the product and expect a policy re-evaluation.
Keep in mind: Changing a reviewed pricing input can invalidate an earlier approval.
