Active and inactive products
Active products appear in normal catalog and quote-builder work. Inactive items stay available for history and controlled review without being offered by default on new quotes.
Keep in mind: Deactivating a product does not rewrite quotes that already contain it.
Bulk status changes
Admins can preview a filtered bulk product status update before applying it. Confirm the vendor, family, and search filters so the change targets the intended set.
Customer-facing details
Photos, cover imagery, and specifications help identify the exact machine in catalogs, proposals, and enabled Dealer Website surfaces. Use manufacturer-approved assets and verify that the image belongs to the listed model.
