Reports routes users to the report surfaces available to their account. A missing report usually reflects permission, plan, or add-on access rather than an empty result.
Use filters deliberately
- Confirm period and territory.
- Check status or lifecycle filters.
- Review whether the report uses quote, signed, ordered, or delivered dates.
- Open supporting records before sharing an exception.
Recalculation
When a supported report offers recalculation, use it for the complete selected period and wait for the refreshed result. Preserve exported evidence when the dealer is closing a reporting period.
