Filtered exports

Supported list workspaces can export the current filtered set. Confirm search, status, date, and territory filters before creating the file; selecting all filtered records can span more than the visible page.

Full data export

Eligible accounts can request the fuller export offered in Billing or administration. Large exports can contain customer and commercial information and must be stored according to dealer policy.

Handle exported data safely

• Download only to an approved device.
• Share through an approved secure channel.
• Limit access to the business purpose.
• Delete temporary copies when the approved task is complete.
