Configuration templates
Admins can save common product and accessory combinations as configurations. Reps can apply them in the Products step to start from a supported bundle.
- Keep the base product active.
- Review accessory availability after catalog updates.
- Name configurations by use case or customer need, not by an internal temporary code.
Reuse a prior quote
Recent-quote reuse can copy a known configuration into the current draft. QuoteDeck still requires the rep to confirm the new customer's contract, pricing agreement, location, service, fees, and signer.
When reuse fails
A discontinued product, removed accessory, or save interruption can block the copied configuration. Use the recovery action shown in the builder and replace unavailable items deliberately rather than retrying blindly.
