Before you begin
A quote needs a customer and at least one product. Your dealer's catalog, pricing agreements, lease programs, and service plans determine which choices are available as you build.
- Confirm the company and signer exist, or create them from the Customer step.
- Use the correct customer location when delivery or tax details differ by site.
- Ask an admin to finish catalog or pricing setup if a required choice is missing.
Build the quote
- 1Open Quotes and start a new quote.
- 2Select the customer, contact, and location.
- 3Choose the contract type and, when applicable, the pricing agreement, leasing company, lease type, and term.
- 4Add each machine. Then work through its accessories, fees, service, delivery, incentives, and unit summary.
- 5Complete Signer & Billing so the proposal has the correct recipient and billing details.
- 6Open Review and resolve any incomplete steps, pricing warnings, or approval requirements.
- 7Continue to Cover & Send when the quote is cleared for delivery.
Use the quote rail
The left rail shows the full build sequence. Completed steps carry a check, the active step is highlighted, and locked steps explain which earlier information is still required.
The running total and Quote readiness card summarize the saved quote. Treat the readiness reasons as the action list; QuoteDeck doesn't reduce pricing, approval, and completion status to a single score.
Save and return later
Draft quotes stay in Quotes. You can reopen a draft and move among available steps. Before leaving a product or catalog link, allow any pending save to finish so the quote keeps your latest choices.
