Dealer responsibilities
- Use individual accounts and least-needed permissions.
- Keep customer records inside the correct dealer tenant.
- Do not place secrets or unnecessary financial data in notes.
- Protect exports, API tokens, webhook secrets, and connected-provider access.
- Report suspected security issues through the Security contact channel.
Historical documents
Signed proposal documents preserve the accepted record. Role, territory, and tenant boundaries continue to govern signed-in access to dealer data.
