What territories control
Territories support dealer organization and record scoping. A rep's company and quote visibility can follow assigned territories, while authorized managers and admins can work across broader scopes.
Maintain assignments
- 1Create or review territories in Admin.
- 2Assign each relevant user to the correct territories.
- 3Confirm companies and quotes carry the intended territory.
- 4Recheck access after a rep transfers or a territory changes ownership.
Plan limits
Territory limits can depend on the subscribed plan. The billing and plan surfaces are authoritative for the dealer's current allowance.
Keep in mind: Do not work around a territory limit by sharing accounts. Add the appropriate plan capacity or contact QuoteDeck.
