Customer and contract
Start with the company, contact, and location that belong on the deal. Contract Type determines whether the quote is a purchase, lease, rental, or renewal and changes the fields that follow.
Choose the applicable price agreement. For a lease or rental, also select the partner, program or lease type, and term offered by your dealer.
Configure each unit
- 1Add the base product and quantity.
- 2Choose compatible accessories. Product families control which accessories are available.
- 3Review unit fees and how each fee is billed.
- 4Configure service using an available FSMA plan, allowances, and click rates.
- 5Set delivery or installation details for the correct location.
- 6Add applicable incentives, trade-in details, or bonus goods.
- 7Review the Unit Summary before moving to the next machine.
Multiple machines
A quote can contain multiple units. The rail groups unit-specific steps so you can finish one machine at a time and return to an earlier unit when something changes.
When copying or reusing a configuration, verify quantities, accessories, service, locations, and pricing for the new customer. Saved quote rows are deal records, not a promise that current catalog values are identical.
Signer and billing
Complete Signer & Billing with the person who will receive and accept the proposal. Confirm the email address and distinguish billing details from delivery details when they differ.
