Where Launchpad lives
Launchpad opens as a dialog over the current workspace, with the conversation and an Action Items rail. The underlying Deal Feed remains available when the dialog closes.
Ground the request
- Name the customer and intended contract type.
- Use exact product models or SKUs when known.
- State quantities, service needs, and lease assumptions.
- Review the generated action or draft before accepting it.
AI boundaries
Launchpad does not replace dealer pricing authority, permissions, readiness, or approval. Pricing and quote saves still use the same product rules as the normal workflow, and customer-visible actions require the user's deliberate approval.
