Lease Radar surfaces known lease records approaching expiration within the user's allowed scope. Use the underlying company, equipment, term, and expiration date as the starting point for outreach.
Work an expiring lease
- 1Open the lease from Radar.
- 2Confirm the customer and current equipment.
- 3Review the expiration and any recorded contract number.
- 4Create a follow-up or renewal quote.
- 5Keep the new quote separate from the historical lease record.
Data quality boundary
Radar can only surface leases that QuoteDeck knows about. Missing or incorrect expiration dates require record correction; the system does not infer an authoritative lessor balance or buyout amount.
