After acceptance, use the signed proposal and stored quote terms as the fulfillment source. Do not edit customer pricing to reflect later catalog changes.
Record fulfillment details
- Dealer order number
- Lessor-issued lease or contract number when applicable
- Installation and delivery details
- Current ordered or delivered lifecycle state
Pipeline effect
Submitted quotes appear in Pending, Approved, Ordered, and Delivered pipeline lanes. Moving a record to Draft removes it from the board and returns it to the Quotes workspace.
