Connection status
QuoteDeck shows whether the user's mailbox is connected or needs attention. A connection can become stale when Microsoft authorization changes or expires.
- Reconnect from the mailbox card when asked.
- Verify the displayed work address.
- Ask the Microsoft administrator about organization-wide consent blocks.
Customer activity
When available, email activity can appear with the related customer context. It supplements deliberate CRM notes and follow-ups; it does not guarantee that every message in Microsoft 365 is attached to a QuoteDeck company or contact.
Privacy and scope
Use only the work mailbox intended for dealer activity. QuoteDeck applies the connected account and tenant access boundaries shown in the product.
Keep in mind: Do not connect a shared or personal mailbox unless your dealer has approved that use.
