Profile settings
Profile holds the signed-in user's name and account settings. Users can also change their password from this personal surface without opening dealer-wide administration.
Connect Microsoft 365
- 1Open Profile or the mailbox connection surface.
- 2Choose Connect Microsoft.
- 3Sign in to the intended work account and grant the requested access.
- 4Return to QuoteDeck and confirm the connected address and status.
Connection boundaries
A connected mailbox supports QuoteDeck email workflows that are enabled for the dealer. If Microsoft reports that authorization expired or needs attention, reconnect before relying on mailbox-backed activity.
Keep in mind: QuoteDeck cannot correct Microsoft tenant policy or admin-consent restrictions. Your Microsoft 365 administrator may need to approve the connection.
