Four submitted stages
Pipeline contains Pending, Approved, Ordered, and Delivered. Drafts live in Quotes and do not appear as a fifth board lane.
Move a deal
- 1Open the deal card menu or supported drag action.
- 2Choose the valid next lifecycle stage.
- 3Confirm any required order or fulfillment details.
- 4Verify the card appears in the new lane and counts update.
Move back to Draft
Use the card menu to move a submitted deal to Draft. The card leaves Pipeline and becomes editable from Quotes; there is no Draft drop zone.
