Compatible accessories
The Accessories step shows items allowed by the selected product's equipment family. Search by name or SKU and confirm the exact option before adding it.
Required choices
Some products require one supporting item or include an accessory automatically. Complete each required group so the unit can pass validation.
- Included items remain disclosed with the unit.
- Optional accessories can carry their own Suggested Price.
- Cost Basis is distinct from the customer-facing sell price.
Missing option
If a known accessory is absent, do not create a duplicate from the quote without checking the catalog. Ask an admin to verify product-family compatibility, active status, and pricing.
