Pool ownership
Pools belong to the quote and group compatible service units. Mono and color are explicit pool types, and a unit can participate according to the enabled service structure.
Create or assign a pool
- 1Open the Service pooling section.
- 2Choose an existing compatible pool or create one.
- 3Name the pool and select its type.
- 4Assign the unit and confirm the pooled summary refreshes.
- 5Review allowance and overage behavior before leaving the step.
Approval and history
Pool-level overage changes can require management approval. Later catalog or service changes do not silently rewrite the pool meaning preserved on an accepted historical quote.
