Every machine carries its own service selection. QuoteDeck can prefill a configured family or agreement default, but the rep must confirm that it fits the customer and product.
Complete the service step

- 2Review the base amount and included mono or color volumes.
- 3Confirm overage rates and service type.
- 4Review any warning about missing or all-zero rates.
- 5Check the running service total before continuing.
Warnings and blockers
Missing service configuration can block the quote. All-zero per-click rates can be intentional when service is bundled, so QuoteDeck warns rather than automatically changing the rates.
