Fees belong to the applicable machine and use the configured billing method. Some fees are included in the quote total; separately billed fees are disclosed without being added a second time.

- Use the configured fee type rather than inventing a similar label.
- Review the running total after every change.
Incentives and trade-ins
Discounts, trade-in credits, buyouts, and bonus goods have different pricing and approval effects. Enter each in its intended field so the pricing engine and proposal agree.
Delivery and installation
Choose the installation location, requested date or window, access requirements, placement details, and relevant customer or IT contacts. Delivery details support fulfillment; they are not a substitute for the billing address.
